Refund Policy
If you are not eligible to attend PSV Training, we will send you an email to process your refund.
Please update us your banking details and upload image of your PSV Training receipt - you can screenshot the email titled ""Payment Confirmation GrabCar Sdn Bhd"" as proof of receipt.
Processing method
We will refund to your own bank account that is provided by you through the email that we sent to you.
* Refund process will normally take 3-4 weeks after you submit your banking details to us.
